足湯と平常時の発汗量と自律神経の比較

前回、足湯での発汗計測と自律神経を検証しました(*´･ω･)

今回は平常時と足湯との比較を行ってみました！

 

平常時と足湯で発汗量の違い

今回の検証で平常時とは、足湯を行う前にただ椅子に座った状態のことです。
論文発表をする訳ではないので、細かいプロトコルは気にしないでくださいヾ(｡>?<｡)ﾉﾞ

平常時の発汗量は↓
足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

ほとんど発汗していませんし、発汗量も一定です。

 

平常時の自律神経のグラフは↓
足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

副交感神経が優位なのがわかります。
ただ座っているだけですから当然の結果が出ています！

 

発汗量と自律神経（交感神経と副交感神経）のグラフを重ねると↓
足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

発汗量と交感神経だけにすると↓
足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

ここで、平常時と足湯での発汗量と交感神経のグラフを重ねると↓
足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

やはり足湯で発汗したことが容易にわかりますね！

 

数値では
（平常時）
発汗量5分平均：0.59mg/cm^2/min
交感神経指標（LF/HF値）5分平均：1.49

（足湯）
発汗量5分平均：1.79mg/cm^2/min
交感神経指標（LF/HF値）5分平均：17.90

となっていますので、
・足湯での発汗量は平常時の約3倍

ここで、様々な解釈がありますが、誤解を恐れずに言えば
・足湯は疲れ（ストレス）が12倍もたまる

 

何度もいいますが、きちんとした実験ではないので、
あくまでも検証ですが、このようなことがパッと計測できるのもマイクロ発汗計の恩恵ですね♪
