足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

本日は七夕ですね♪
福岡はあいにくの曇り空で、彦星と織姫の出会いは暗中模索のようでしたが…

 

マイクロ発汗計のデモンストレーションを行って参りました(｀_´)ゞ

しっかりとデータがとれ今後のご研究のお役に立てそうでした！

 

さて、弊社でも発汗計を使って、色々な検証を行って行きたいと思います！

まずは第一弾♪( ´θ｀)ノ

 

足湯での計測と自律神経

一般的に、足湯はリラックス効果がある、と言われています。

しかし、ある実験では、足湯は疲れがたまる、との結果も出ています。
確かに汗をかくことは、交感神経が優位に働いているからですよね。

そこで、足湯の発汗を計測するとともに、心拍変動解析による自律神経評価も行ってみました(｀_´)ゞ

 

 

足湯はやはり交感神経優位

汗をかく→交感神経優位

と言うことは容易に想像がつきましたが、心拍変動解析でしっかりと示すことができました。

心拍数だけを見ても平常時に70くらいなのに、100くらいありました…。

 

さて、検証結果のグラフです↓

さらには、移動平均を表示してみたのが↓
足湯での発汗計測と自律神経

 

パッと見では相関性はなさそうですね…

しかし、交感神経が働けば（ここでは、値が大きくなれば）、その数十秒後には発汗しています。

交感神経が低下すれば、その数十秒後には発汗量も低下しています。

本日は足湯だけの検証でした。
次は、通常時の計測も行ってますので、足湯によりどれだけ発汗量が増減したのかを示したいと思います！
